Acctvinza Rules / Terms of Use

1. ABOUT US

Acctvinza is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of digital accounts (including but not limited to social media, streaming, and other online accounts). We act as an intermediary and Escrow provider.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to use this website. By using our site, you confirm you are of legal age.

3. ACCOUNT LISTING RULES FOR SELLERS

As a seller, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of every account you list.
• You will NOT list stolen, hacked, scammed, or illegally obtained accounts. Such accounts will be removed and you will be banned.
• All information provided (followers, age, engagement, country) must be accurate.
• After a sale, you must provide full access (login details, linked email if agreed) and you must NOT recover the account back. Account recovery after sale is considered fraud.
• Warranty period stated on the listing must be honored.

4. BUYING RULES FOR BUYERS

As a buyer, you agree that:

• You will change the password and secure the account immediately after delivery.
• You will not file a false dispute.
• You understand that we do not control the original platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.). We cannot guarantee lifetime functionality if the original platform bans or suspends the account due to your actions after delivery.
• Digital accounts are subject to the Terms of Service of their respective platforms.

5. ESCROW & PAYMENTS

• All payments are held in Escrow.
• Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and that the account is working, or after 24-72 hours of delivery if no dispute is raised.
• Seller payouts are processed via Bank Transfer, Opay, or other methods listed on the site.
• Prices are listed in Naira (NGN) and may also be shown in USD.

6. FEES

Acctvinza charges a service fee/commission on each sale. The fee is displayed before checkout. By listing, sellers agree to this fee structure.

7. REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

• Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer warranty based on the warranty period stated on each product.
• If an account is invalid, not as described, or recovered by the seller within the warranty period, the buyer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
• No refund after warranty period expires.
• No refund if the buyer violates the platform's Terms (e.g., gets the account banned themselves).

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may NOT:

• Use Acctvinza for fraud, scams, or money laundering
• Attempt to bypass our Escrow system
• Contact buyers/sellers to trade outside the platform to avoid fees

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on www.acctvinza.com, including logo, design, text, is property of Acctvinza.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Acctvinza provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for actions taken by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Netflix, or any third-party platform regarding accounts sold on our marketplace.

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without notice.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
